We're reaching the end of the summer, and that means we're wrapping up the Sourcies! Welcome to our final Sourcies category - Best Cliffhanger. We had plenty to choose from this year, what with Big Bads promising to bring the pain, and foolish actions promising to provide blackmail fodder this season. Take a look:

Ummm.. the end of 6x23 of OTH should have been up for a cliffhanger. Peyton almost dies for god's sake. I'm a little disappointed. whatever, spn ftw !

This really isn't a contest. SPN had Lucifer rise! While I agree that the M.E. Hay about the previous seasons having better cliffhangers, this was still a pretty good one. I'm excited to see how EK writes Lucifer into the show. The betrayal of Ruby and her role in Lucifer's release was classic.
The GG cliffhanger wasn't too nail biting, but the season finale was good. Georgina was kinda creepy, and Scott going to NYC and seeing his brother was pretty good.
I don't watch 90210 and haven't watched the last season of Smallville so I couldn't vote for those.
OTH did not have a cliffhanger because some of the actors were still undergoing contract negotiations and MS did not know who would be coming back. He gave all of the characters closure in their story lines so that they can start a new chapter in their lives; like season 4.
I'm still excited for the premiers of OTH, SPN, GG, and ANTM!

This year's Supernatural cliffhanger was impressive, but season one's, with them all banged up and bleeding in the Impala, and last season's cliffhanger, with Dean in hell were, in my view, even more impactful. This show knows how to leave us gasping and hanging on for more!

Just the thought of something having more of a nail-biting cliffhanger than Supernatural's is laughable. I mean, come on... It's the Apocalypse! The season literally ended with the door to Lucifer's cage being opened up! I don't care what other shows people watch; even if I didn't watch Supernatural, I'd vote for it.
No competition. Supernatural.
