You know... I try to keep the faith in Kripke. I really do. I have questioned the man's ideas plenty of times. But this... I just can't accept. I'm sorry. Paris Hilton is the biggest joke alive. She can't act, she can't sing, and really what 28 year old talks in a baby voice 24/7? Really? I'm still waiting for Kripke to pipe up and be like "ha ha we fooled you." Dean just better kill her in about two seconds of her first scene. I will never have respect for that std infested sex tape tramp.

I love Kripke, Eglund, everybody and this show and the guys and the car. I'll take the bad (Paris) with the good, can't give up on them just because it gets rough and tough. Go Kripke! I really hope your reading all these posts, and laughing your head off.XOXOX to ya'll!!

I took that from a spoiler article. Therefore, Dean will hopefully be kicking her butt! and the cool thing is is that Kripke and Gamble wrote the script JUST FOR HER, and she agreed to do it

First off, I'd like to say that Supernatural has been awesome since the beginning because of how savvy Kripke has been with choosing the guest stars on the show among other things.

So I'll put my Paris-hate (the witch heiress not the city which I love) aside and thing positive. Because I csn totally see her body being taken over by a demon and Dean having to kill her. Ah! Good times!!!

Here's to hoping it's a painful death...

I have faith in Kripke and the gang. Especially since all sources say that Paris is going to be playing a shapeshifter that goes on a killing spree as, well...Paris Hilton. I hope Dean ganks her though :)

It doesn't make any sense, i don't like her it's true and i hope she plays only for one episode but i think i trust kripke but i hope this will be a fun episode

Really? I trust Kripke and all, but.... really? I'm just gonna have to trust him because he's already done a Super-Awesome job with the past four seasons, so... I'm just hopipng it's one episode and she gets killed off at some point... that's crude but she does NOT need to be a season regular. I'm still pumped for the new season and I can't wait...

I'm sorry but I am not impressed. Both Eric and Sera have repeatedly stated that last season was very dark and they wanted to lighten it up this season. Well, last season was also their highest ranked season, so I am not sure going down the path of having dimwitted Paris Hilton on the show regardless of the character she plays is a good idea. I’m all for having more levity this season, if and only if, it makes sense with the overall story line. Interjecting comedy just for the sake of differing from last season’s seriousness is not a compelling argument. I have enjoyed the progress of the show from the beginning, but if it turns into a cheap slapstick then I might as well change channels and watch the 3 Stooges, nobody does it better than them.

Caveat: I don’t know if Paris Hilton is really dimwitted but she certainly portrays herself like that in the media

I can´t believe it, this is a great joke, that make that every spnfan drives nuts, is she an angel, a demon, a stripper, a trans... we won´t know anything till she appears on the show or not, I hope she doen´t, but this notice has made me laught for a few days trying to image what does she do in the show?

I really hope she's not starring as an angel. She could play an already dead body that Sam and Dean stumbles upon, an already dead body without any lines. I'd be fine with that.

I have no use for Paris Hilton, don't think the girl is talented, and the phrase "That's hot" is like nails on a chalkboard to me.

However if Kripke has her on to actually play a demon-possessed Paris Hilton, that could be hilarious, especially if they have her play her own personality and indicate she's been possessed for YEARS.

Paris will be an asset to the show.
She was real good in REPO and also in HOUSE OF WAX.
She actually does pretty good in comedy and goth movies.

You know what? At first, I was shocked and horrified just like everyone else. But then I remembered back near the end of Season 4 when I looked at episode summaries for 4.17 and 4.18.

I had called my friend and said, "Megan (yes, her name is also Megan), next episode of Supernatural is about them working at a corporate office. They don't know who they are. Episode after that... there's a book series about their lives. What the hell are they doing to this show." And, lo and behold, those episodes have turned into some of the best in Supernatural history.

So, yes. I had a minor heart attack when I heard "Paris Hilton" and "Supernatural" in the same sentence. But I think that, because it's so out there, the episode will be great.

I'm putting my faith in Kripke and The Gang. They've never let me down so far.

Well, no. I take that back. When Dean had sex with Anna, I almost puked. That was bad. But they've redeemed themselves from that mishap.

I''ll admit. My brain shut down the first time I heard this. But when it rebooted, I started thinking about how hilarious this episode would be. And the fun Dean's gonna have. So yeah, I trust the writers.

Supernatural is the best show on TV to date. Season 4 is by far the best. But to bring that skank whore Paris Hilton? What the hell? Paris is on the top list of most disgusting creatures next to Prejean and Sarah Palin.

Ok, if this is somebody's idea of a joke, it's not a very good one. Why would they bring an... actress (and I use that term loosely) like her to Supernatural? I mean seriously. She cannot act. And I really don't think that she appeals to the target audience. I actually don't see how she appeals to anyone myself. I hope this is a foiler.

If it was an episode written by Ben Edlund, I'm going to go with it because he writes really good off the wall stuff (Monster Movie, Wishful Thinking, and Nightshifter). So this development could be interesting if that's the case. So if it is Edlund I say 'trust in edlund'. Otherwise I'm more wait and see the way I was with the third brother episode.

I deunno. Could be a false lead right? Remember last time, they said Rufus was returning to Season 4? Or that John Winchester would be coming back for an episode? Rufus just came back for a mention and John came back in a picture. I don't know.
